Founded because of a need for corporate consolidation was discovered, resulting from expansion throughout the American and European continents since 1978 of sister corporations. The creation of a consolidated holding of companies in more than 6 countries, focused on the development of projects and new businesses in the Electronic Systems area, in order to create an efficient, reliable and robust business structure in the face of current market dynamics.
